Добрый день!Почему вы в лоте 3 указали сразу три позиции совершенно разные по технологии изготовления и по ГОСТУ аккредитации предприятий по изготовлению обуви?Получается, что вы отсекаете некоторых производителей ,которые работают только по технологии изготовления мужской повседневной обуви или только женской повседневной обуви или только военной обуви.В Молдове есть только одно предприятие, которое может удовлетворить вашу заявку по изготовлению сразу 3-х позиций лота 3.Это явно будет вести к перерасходу бюджетных средств из-за отсутствия конкуренции ценовых заявок производителей обуви в Молдове, которые не смогут участвовать в тендере из-за расширенного списка позиций в одном лоте.Должно быть так-одна позиция-один лот.И тогда будет обеспечена конкуренция ценовых предложений.

Bună ziua. Atât pantofii cît şi bocanii au fost incluşi într-un singur lot deoarece fac parte din categoria ,,articole de încălţăminte".
