Cutia este confecţionată din plastic, iar capitonajul din catifea. Cutia şi capitonajul cutiei sunt confecţionate din materiale de o nuanţă bordo-închis. În interiorul cutiei în relief sunt dispuse locuri cu dimensiuni şi forme exacte pentru amplasarea şi păstrarea medaliei, baretei de substituire şi brevetului, descrise la lotul 1,2. Capacul cutiei este confecţionat din material transparent. Dimensiunile sunt: lungimea 145 mm, lăţimea 125 mm, înălţimea 15 mm. Operatorii economici cointeresați pot examina/vizualiza modelul cutiei aferente crucii/medaliei la sediul autorității contractante.
Ofertanții vor prezenta mostra cutiei aferente crucii/medaliei în termen de 5 zile de la termenul limită de deschidere a ofertelor.
