Lipsa specificatii tehnice clare
Question:
Buna ziua, In anuntul de participare nu sunt reflectate lista sistemelor/platformelor ce sunt obiect a lotului respectiv. Din ceea ce este prezentat in specificatiile tehnice, un prestator nu poate sa estimeze efortul necesar. In acest context, solicitam anularea licitatiei respective si ajustarea specificatiilor tehnice astfel incat sa fie descrise clar si exhaustiv cerintele inaintate fata de prestator.

Intervenim cu completări în privința lotului respectiv: 6. Izolarea/oferirea accesului la/de la serverile MJ, restabilirea datelor pierdute în caz de hacking din backup-uri, prevenirea repetată a spargerilor (în caz de apariție), limitarea accesului la nivel reverse proxy/firewall.
