Question:
Buna ziua, dacă achizișia este împărțită pe loturi OE poate sa depuna oferta pentru un singur lot? In Anunțul de participare ați menționat că oferta se va selecta pentru lista întreagă. Cum totuși se va selecta oferta pe fiecare lot in parte sau pe toate loturile?
