Question:
Solicitam sa modificati specificatia si sa achizitionati separat teste HIV si teste sifilis. 99.9% din producatori produc doar teste separate. Cerinta de a achizitiona teste 2 in 1 sunt nefondate si limiteaza buna concurenta. In lume practic nu sunt producatori precalificati OMS cu teste duble HIV + Sifilis. Nu irositi banii publici pentru teste mai scumpe si NU LIMITATI ACCESUL PACIENTILOR LA SERVICII MEDICALE din motiv ca intentionat si nefondat solicitati specificatii tehnice ne-realizabile si repetati procedurile de achizitie de nenumarate ori! Ganditiva la cetatenii RM care SUFERA din cauza ca CAPCS nu poate organiza calitativ procedurile de achizitie...

Autoritatea contractantă stabilește specificațiile tehnice conform necesitățile reale și nevoile acesteia. Astfel, cerința test dublu este esențială pentru beneficiarul final ți nu poate fi modificată.
