Solicitam sa excludeti cerinta _____Licenţa de activitate farmaceutică_____ din criteriile de eligibilitate pentru participare la aceasta procedura de achizitie publica. Solutia cardioplegica este considerat DISPOZITIV MEDICAL (Clasa IIa conform Directivei 93/42/EEC cu toate modificarile ulterioare) si NU este medicament sau produs farmaceutic. Respectiv, nu poate exista licenta de activitate farmaceutica pentru dispozitiv medical.
