Necorecspunderea Valoarii estimative a lucrărilor supuse achiziției cu valoarea lucrărilor la ziua de azi.
Question:
Valoarea reală a acestei achiziției este mai mare ca valoarea estimativă propusă de Beneficiar. După cum se știe achiziția se repetă,iar valoarea a rămas aceiaș ,tot odată in acest timp unele materiale sau scumpit,a crescut manopera de la 64.84lei pe oră la 84.97 lei pe oră.
