Bunurile urmează a fi livrate în termen de maxim 5 zile de la data primirii comenzii, din contul Vînzătorului, cheltuielile fiind incluse în oferta de preț (DDP, INCOTERMS 2013), cantitatea livrată va corespunde comenzii şi mostrelor prezentate la deschiderea ofertei, comenzile se vor emite conform necesităților reale. Plata se va efectua pentru fiecare comandă, prin transfer în contul de decontare al Vînzătorului în termen de 30 de zile din data recepționării facturii fiscale, conform comenzii.
