Question:
Buna ziua, conform Codului Fiscal, autoturismele in RM nu au TVA deductibil- in asa caz, la suma alocata pentru fiecare lot mai adaugam 20% care au fost deduse eronat si aceasta ar fi suma dumneavoastra alocata pentru achizitie? Multumesc de raspuns!
Answer (21 Apr 2022, 15:58):
Valloarea totala estimativa a achizitiei, inclusiv sumele pe loturi sunt fara TVA. Respectiv, in formularul specificatiilor de pret (Anexa nr. 23), operatorii economici vor indica aceeasi suma (fara TVA) pentru coloanele nr. 7 „Suma fara TVA” si nr. 8 „Suma cu TVA”.

Sumele din coloanele nr. 7 „Suma fara TVA” si nr. 8 „Suma cu TVA” ale formularului specificatiilor de pret (Anexa nr. 23) vor fi identice.
