in vederea perfectarii garantiei prin transfer la contul autoritatii contractante,

Buna ziua. Mulțumim pentru întrebare. În pct. 17 din anunțul de participare este indicată cerința față de forma Garanției pentru ofertă necesară de a fi depusă de către ofertanți: scrisoare de garanție bancară emisă de o bancă comercială.
