Question:
Reiesind din instabilitatea geopolitica, climatica si economica va propunem sa revedeti perioada de achizitie. Drept argument serveste si circulanta Ministerului Finantelor de gesionare a contractelor la etapa actuala.

In calcul au fost utilizate preturile pe unitate de masura mai ridicate , a fost tinut cont de instabilitatea pietei . Pe parcurs , in caz ca executarea obligatiunilor contratuale asumate din cauza unor schimbari exceptionale a circumstantelor nu va fi posibila , ne vom conforma conform prevederilor Legei nr.131/2015 privind achizitiile publice .
