Bună ziua. În ce formă solicitați garanția pentru ofertă, transfer prin intermediul băncii sau transfer direct pe contul AC ? Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru răspuns!

Garantia pentru oferta se prezinta sub forma anexei nr. 9 a Documentatie de atribuire incarcata la procedura de achizitie publica respectiva, prin care banca garanteaza achitarea sumei in marime de 1% din valoarea ofertei fara TVA, depusa de catre Operatorul Economic, la solicitarea in scris a Autoritatii Contractante. Garantia pentru oferta se semneaza de catre banca cu semnatura electonica.
