Question:
Buna ziua. Rugam sa ne explicati ce calcule au stat la baza determinarii costului aproximativ de 387.500 lei. Conform NCM L.02.11-7:2013, indicator nr. 7 doar pentru servicii de proiectare este nevoie de aproximativ 700.000 lei. La care se mai adauga celelalte cerinte (topografie, geologie, verificare, etc.).

Caietul de sarcini este elaborat de un operator economic, de altfel este pusă ștampila pe ultima foaie.
