Grupul de lucru pentru achizițiile decide de a anula procedura pe loturile nr.nr. 1-4, 6 conform art. 71 (1) lit.a) din Legea nr.131 - nu a fost depusă nicio ofertă.
Oferta depusă de Cegoltar srl pe Lot nr.5 se respinge, țînînd în cont că ofertant în formular ofertei a modificat termen de livrare, instituit de autoritatea contractantă. Astfel, oferta depusă de ofertant pe Lot nr.5 este neconformă. Astfel, procedura pe lot nr. 5 se anulează conform art. 71 (1) lit.a) din Legea nr.131 - nu a fost depusă nicio ofertă (în afară de oferta Cegoltar srl respinsă).
