Question:
Buna ziua, conform Codului Fiscal, autoturismele in RM nu au TVA deductibil- in asa caz, la suma de 320 000 mai adaugam 20% care au fost deduse eronat si aceasta ar fi suma dumneavoastra alocata pentru achizitie?
