conform documentului SUPPORT ALERTS - CUSTOMER NOTICE Document ID: a00008513en_us "HPE 3PAR StoreServ 7000 and 7000c Storage Systems - End of Life Announcement" (https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00008513en_us) HPE nu va presta suportul sistemului de stocare a datelor HPE 3PAR 7400 după data de 31/10/2022. În acest context, solicităm respectuos să ne confirmați dacă la ssisteme de stocare a datelor HPE 3PAR 7400 e posibilă prelungirea garanției până la data de 31/10/2022, iar acest lucru nu va fi considerat o nerespectare a cerințelor declarate.

În anunțul de participare s-a ținut cont de termenul limită End of Service/Support Life (EOSL) - 31/10/2022 specificat de către producătorul echipamentului pentru care este preconizată achiziția serviciilor de deservire și extindere a garanției, astfel conform pct. 13 "Termenii și condițiile de livrare/prestare/executare solicitați" din Anunţul de participare: serviciile vor fi prestate pentru perioada de 01.05.2022 – 31.10.2022, conform cerințelor tehnice indicate în Anexa la Anunțul de participare.
