Buna ziua.Conform HG212/2018 (EEE) autoritățile contractante, care vor iniția proceduri de achiziții publice pentru procurarea de produse de echipamente electrice și electronice (EEE) urmează să solicite de la operatorii economici, interesați să depună oferte, numărul de înregistrare din „Lista producătorilor” drept dovadă a conformării reglementărilor. Reesind din premiza ca in cadrul licitatiei se solicita inclusiv echipamente vizate de acest Regulament (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.), rugam sa ne confirmati obligativitatea detinerii Certificatului cu nr. de Inregistrare in Lista Producatorilor EEE pentru ofertanti. Va multumim anticipat pentru raspuns.

Buna ziua. La etapa depunerii ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă nu impune obligativitatea de a deţine un astfel de număr pentru ofertanţi.
