În cazul în care Operatorul economic (ofertantul) nu are necesitatea si intentia ca sa subcontracteze cu alți operatori economici (TERȚI), atunci este obligatoriu ca sa completeze Anexele nr. 16, 17, 18, 19 și 20 din documentatia standard, care conform anuntului de participare sunt solicitate ca Obligatorii?
