Buna ziua, Caietul de sarcini este parte componenta a documentației standard (pag. 29), iar documentația standard este în format Word, care poate fi redactată cu ușurință de către Dvs., avînd posibilitatea să utilizați caietul de sarcini după dorință. O zi buna!

Spuneti va rog cind a fost elaborat caietul de sarcini deoarece nu corespund preturile la materiale sub nici o forma. Suma finala depaseste cu mult suma licitatiei. Va rog sa precizati cind a fost elaborat CS si daca s-a facut actualizarea preturilor si a salariilor in conformitate cu legislatia.

Caietul de sarcini a fost elaborat si verificat conform legislatiei in vigoare - ca tehnologie va cred ca a fost verificat dar ca preturi pentru materiale si manopera?

Repetat Va informam ca a fost respectata in totalitate legislatia in vigoare privind achiziíile publice (la caz achizitia de lucrari), inclusiv elaborarea, aprobarea si verificarea caietului de sarcini. Caietul de sarcini a fost elaborat si verificat în luna martie la prețurile din perioada dată, chiar inainte de a fi lansata procedura de achiziție! Totodata, Va rugam sa adresati intrebari strict pe neclarificarile ce tin de documentatia de atribuire.
