Nu am vazut raspunsul la intrebari referitor la coeficientul K-05 din normativul RpCI42B punctul N1.Daca exista vreo lamurire depuneti calculul inpreuna cu Documentatia standart de mai sus. In caz contrar se va crede ca , Autorizatia contractanta pur si simplu a hotarit inpreuna cu proectantul sa deminueze valoaria proectului. Urmatoaria intrebare este: Care este culoaria sistenolui de scurgere si daca autoritatia contractanta are o hotarire cromastica vizata de arhitectorul sef al or.Balti. Va rugam sa atasati si aciasta hotarire cromastica inpreuna cu documentele din invitatia de participare.

Cantitatea de foi de ardezie deteriorat în timpul demontării nu poate depăşi 50% din suprafaţa acoeprişului. Culoarea sistemului de scurgere va fi conform propunerilor ofertanţilor.

Mult stimata autoritate contractuala. Nu fugiti de raspunsul profisional la intrebaria privind K-0.5 la P-1 si a hotarireii cromastice pentru proectul dat. Aceste intrebari nu sint de competenta ofertantelor. Daca mai dati un raspuns atit de necompetent-urmatoaria intrebare va fi depusa la platforma AP pentru a se opri procedura. P.S. Coboritul de pe acoperis a foilor de ardezie vechi-nu este prevazuta in proect(AVETI RASPUNS DAT GRESIT LA PRIMA INTREBARE) Cantitatia a nu mai putin de 50 % foi de ardezie deteriorate - Publicati va rugam expertiza tehnica a obietului care necesita reparatie.

De proiect pentru lucrări de reparaţie a acoperişului nu dispunem, deeacea nu s-a efectuat expertiza tehnică şi nu s-a stabilit croatica acoperişului. Foile de ardezie vor fi coborîte de partea contractantă. Coieficientul k=0,5 presupune că 50% din foile de ardezie demontate se acceptă să fie deteriorate. Lucrările de repararţie a acoperişului presupune: schimbarea 100% a asterialelor şi a învelişului şi montarea sistemului de scurgere. Căpriorii nu vor fi schimbaţi.
