Buna ziua.Conform HG 212/2018 , autoritățile contractante, care vor procurara echipamente electrice și electronice (EEE) urmează să solicite de la operatorii economici, interesați să depună oferte, numărul de înregistrare din „Lista producătorilor” drept dovadă a conformării reglementărilor (p. 46 și 47, dar si LP209/2016 art. 12 alin. (5) lit. c), alin. (6) lit. a). Intrebare: vor fi admise ofertele agentilor economici, care nu sunt inregistrati in Lista producătorilor EEE”, deci nu respecta HG 212/2018 ?

În conformitate cu pct.111 a H.G 212 din 07.03.2018, precum și a comunicatului Agenției Achiziții Publice din 10.09.2020, ,,autoritățile publice la inițierea procedurilor de achiziție a echipamentelor stipulate în hotărîrea menționată mai sus, va solicita numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor" Reieșind din cele menționate, grupul de lucru a făcut modificare la anunțul de participare și plasat în sistem"
