Grupul de lucru pentru achizițiile constată că Oferta, depusa de Delta Forța Securitate srl, nu conține descriere sau desen tehnic (emise de producător), astfel, ofertant nu a indeplinit cerințile, expuse în documentația de atribuire. În plus, Grupul de lucru pentru achizițiile constată că Delta Forța Securitate srl a depus oferta alternativă (Transcon sau ArmoBeton) pe lotul propus, ce este interisă prin documentația de atribuire. Astfel, Grupul de lucru decide de a respinge oferta, depusă de Delta Forța Securitate srl. Țînînd în cont constatările expuse de mai sus, Grupul de lucru pentru achizițiile decide de a admite oferta depusă de Armo-Beton srl, cu atribuirea contractului de achiziție în beneficiul a companiei Armo-beton srl în volumul, indicat în oferta, și anume 226000 lei (fără TVA)/Lot (100 buc.).
