Buna ziua ! Explicati va rog ce ar inseamna cerinta tehnica : sursa sa aiba zone de protectie ? Explicati clar ce fel de document confirmativ trebuie sa prezinte furnizorul ? Pentru ce ati indicat cerintele tehnice prezentate de furnizorul actual care va furnizat in 2021 ?
