conform legii Achizitii publice - nu este legal si echitabil in caietul de sarcini a unei licitatii sa fie solicitat marca comerciala a produsului.
Corect este sa se solicite standartul din care face parte anumit produs.
Va rugam sa modificati caietul de sarcini unde sa fie exclusa anumite marci comerciale pentru a evita careva interese.
