Buna ziua, Va rugam sa ne comunicati daca prezenta procedura de achizitie este cu scutire de TVA. In cazul in care este scutit de TVA, oferta trebuie sa contica pretul cu TVA sau nu?

Formulare suplementare ne prezazute in Invitatia la licitatie
Question:
Buna ziua, In anuntul de participare la licitatie, sunt enumerate o serie de formulare (Anexele 22 si 23 , specificatii tehnice si de pret) care trebuie prezentate in licitatie. Totodata, in sistemul SIA RSAP sunt atasate "Documente de calificare suplimentare" ( FORMULAR DE OFERTE PENTRU UN CONTRACT DE ACHIZIȚII, ANEXA II + III: SPECIFICAȚII TEHNICE + OFERTĂ TEHNICĂ, ANEXA IV: MODEL DE OFERTĂ FINANCIARĂ). Reiesind din cele expuse, va rugam sa ne comunicati daca in licitatie ( in sistemul SIA RSAP) trebuie prezentate si actele cum ar fi FORMULAR DE OFERTE PENTRU UN CONTRACT DE ACHIZIȚII, ANEXA II + III: SPECIFICAȚII TEHNICE + OFERTĂ TEHNICĂ, ANEXA IV: MODEL DE OFERTĂ FINANCIARĂ etc ori toate actele si cerintele din "Documente de calificare suplimentare" vor fi expediate pe adresa autoritatii contractante, la solicitare?

Bună ziua,
În SIA RSAP se anexează doar documentele care sunt enumărate în Anunt. Celelalte documente vor fi solicitate suplimentar.
