Prin prizma conceptului de minimalizare a birocrației - solicităm excluderea cerinței privind prezentare cazierului juridic. Există alte metode de a exlude operatorii economici iresponsabili de la procedurile de achiziții publice - și asta este Lista de interdicții. Pe de altă parte, care este rostul unei astfel de cerințe, ASP fiind autoritatea care are accesul de a verifica orice persoană juridică. Mulțumim anticipat!
