Confomr pct. 15 din anunțul de participare Dvs specificați că va fi efectuată „licitația electronică în 3 runde, cu utilizarea pasului minim pentru întreaga ofertă 0,25%”, cu toate că conform SIA RSAP este indicat că licitația electronică „nu va fi folosită”. Rog clarificări în sensul dat.
