Lot 1. Serviciul de asistență telefonică gratuită pentru victimele violenței în familie și violenței împotriva femeilor.
Prestarea serviciului se va efectua în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului de organizare şi funcţionare a Serviciului de asistenţă telefonică gratuită pentru victimele violenţei în familie şi violenţei împotriva femeilor şi a Standardelor minime de calitate, aprobate prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 575 din 19.07.2017.
Prestatorul va asigura prestarea Serviciului în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului și Standardelor minime de calitate, care prevăd inclusiv:
- remunerarea muncii (managerul de serviciu, 6 consilieri, specialist în domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale, contabil);
- servicii de telefonie fixă și mobilă;
- birotică;
- altele, conform prevederilor Regulamentului și Standardelor minime de calitate;
- servicii bancare lunare.
