Conform anuntului de participare se solicita acoperirea statiilor PECO in marime de 90 % pe intreg teritoriul RM. Avind in vedere ca sediile oficiilor fiscale raionale se afla in centrele raionale, cerinta respectiva se refera la situarea benzinariilor la fel in centrele raionale?
