O zi buna! Având în vedere faptul că în momentul de față echipamentele acestei clase sunt realizate exclusiv la comandă. Iar termenii reali de producție și livrare sunt de cel puțin 120 de zile. De asemenea, vă atragem atenția că conform anunțului de participare, termenul contractului este indicat „până la 31 decembrie 2022”. Vă rugăm să măriți timpul de livrare solicitat la 120 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a contractului. Multumesc pentru intelegere.

Bună ziua.
Vă mulțumim pentru întrebare. A fost admisă o eroare din partea Autorității contractante.
În acest context, Vă menționăm că sursele financiare planificate pentru achiziția dată sunt alocate din bugetul anului curent care necesită a fi executat până la sfârșitul anului 2021.
Respectiv, termenul de valabilitate a contractului precizat este de 31 decembrie 2021, iar livrarea bunurilor nu poate fi mai mare decât termenul stabilit de 15 decembrie 2021.
În Documentația de atribuire au fost efectuate corectări ale erorilor admise.
