Question:
Stimați domni, solicitam divizarea pozițiilor in baza specificului de utilizare a acestora.Asta va permite sa primiți mai multe oferte competitive. Motivul de baza este ca un singur furnizor nu poate dispune de toate tipurile de consumabile. Unii operatori dispun de exemplu doar de Xerox, altii doar HP, altii doar CANON. Plus la toate, confrom anuntului sunt indicate 2 loturi separate, iar pe portalul achizitii aveti un singur lot pentru ambele cu un singur pas de micsorare. Deci va rugam respectuos divizare sa fie efectuata cel putin in lot separat piese de schimb, separat lot consumabile Canon, lot separat consumabile HP si lot separat consumabile Canon.

BNS respecta parerile si posibilitatile agentilor economici. Dar este imposibil de devizat lotul actual in miniloturi, care ar satisface doleantele tuturor. Aceasta ar duce la incontinuu procesul de achizitionare. Specificatiile sint descrise clar. Astfel asteptam propuneri si oferte din partea agentilor economici care satisfac cerintele BNS. Ce ține de portalul achiziții, noi am publicat pe loturi, dar nu știm de ce s-a publicat un lot, urmează să-i contactăm pe administratorii planformei, sperăm la un răspuns din partea dlor.
