Conform anuntului termenul de valabilitate a ofertelor este de 90 zile, ofertele se vor deschide pe 09.10.2021, utilajul urmeaza sa fie predat max. pina in data de 25.12.2021, intrebare termenul de valabilitate a ofertelor mai mare decit termenul limita de livrare a utilajului e corect?
Answer (21 Sep 2021, 09:57):
Ofertă – este o ofertă de încheiere a unei tranzacții, care stabilește condițiile esențiale ale contractului, adresate în cazul nostru unei anumite persoane. Dacă destinatarul (destinatarul) acceptă oferta (exprimă consimțământul, o acceptă), aceasta înseamnă încheierea contractului propus între părți în condițiile specificate în ofertă.
Astfel, după acceptarea ofertei (acceptarea) înainte de expirarea acesteia și acordul condițiilor esențiale, oferta își pierde semnificația juridică, deoarece este astfel acceptată.
