Buna ziua, Din pacate a aparut o problema de ordin tehnic in cadrul platformei electronice (nu din vina autoritatii contractante). Prestatorul (platforma electronica) a fost notificat/informat despre aceasta, si urmeaza sa fie inlaturat problema respectiva. Va rugam sa verificati mai tirziu ( in mod repetat) la obiectul posibilitatii descarcarii documentatiei. Cu respect,
