Vrem sa precizam daca vor fi acceptate 2 blocuri de alimentare aliatoriu ? In specificatia tehnica nu este indicat nici modelul PC-ului nici parametri tehnici solicitati. Nu e clar cum va fi selectata oferta conforma si oferta neconforma?
