Buna ziua , dorim sa precizam daca calculatorul trebuie sa fie Brand name international sau poate fi si asamblat local ? Si referitor la sistema de operare Windows 10 Pro - este optional sau nu? In nota informativa din anuntul de participare ati indicat ca produsele indicate ca optional oricum trebuie sa fie oferite.
