Stimate AC, cu referire la termenul de livra solicita Termenii și condițiile de livrare solicitați: 20 zile, la comanda cumpărătorului, acest termen este unul aberant din urmatoarle motive. 1 - cine poate garanta Ofertantului, potentialului desemnat castigator ca imediat dupa semnarea contractului nu va fi inaintata comanda? 2 - in conditii de deficit global a componentelor si echipamentelor de calcul, o solicitare a acestor termeni de 20 de zile este cel putin extrem de exagerat. va rugam sa revizuiti termenul solicitat si sa specificati la cat timp din momentul semnarii contractului estimati sa inaintati comanda catre operatorul contractat.

Grupul de lucru consideră că termenul indicat pentru livrare este suficient, deoarece cantitatea solicitată nu este întratît de mare.
