Question:
Studiind documentele se observa ca sunt 3 tipuri de lucrari diferite ca procese tehnologice (acoperis, fatada si amenajare) dupa cum sunt facute si Caietele de Sarcini. Modificati achizitia sa fie pe loturi (total 3) ca operatorii economici care pot executa numai un anumit tip de lucrari si sunt specializati pe un domeniu anume ( ca spre exemplu Fatade) sa poata participa, cu sau fara a schimba suma de achizitiei.Ms anticipat. In caz contrar vom contesta aceasta abordare ca fiind una neconcurentiala si care impune impedimente pentru operatorii economici sa partice la achizitiile publice.

Lucrările care se cer de a fi efectuate, nu sunt de tehnologie mai specifica, care ar necesita deținerea deregintelui de șantier a certificatului cu atribuții tehnice mai complicate (ca rețele de gaze , rețele electrice…..), din această motiv la procedura de achiziție publica prin COP, sa luat hotărârea de a fi un singur lot. În cazul dacă nu aveți abilități si specialiști de a efectua lucrări la procesele tehnologice expuse, puteți să va asociați cu alți agenți economici cu domenii respective…..
