În procesul executării lucrărilor, de către părțile implicate (dirigintele de șantier, responsabil tehnic și manager de proiect) s-a constatat, că planimetria pereților și tavanelor conține abateri semnificative, fiind în mărime de 3 – 5 cm.
Astfel, de către autorul de proiect a fost identificată altă soluție alternativă, cu modificarea proiectului și perfectarea devizului de cheltuieli.
