2. Preferential sa poate deservi sistemul de access control (Sigur)
3. Reactia sa fie efectuata la orice dereglare in primele 24 de ore
4. Reparatia sistemelor video in primele 3 zile de la primirea comenzii
5. Verificarea saptaminala a sistemei si a echipemntului video (asigurarea inscrierii conform politicii companiei, verificarea accessului in sistema de terte parti)
6. Asigurarea calitatii video in decursul a 24 de ore (restrictionarea accesului in sistem de setarea video, asigurarea calitatii innalte in timp de noapte)
7. Prezentarea raportului lunar a actiunelor intreprinse in decursul lunii precedente (inclusiv avertizarea imediata referitor la riskuri de cedare a sistemului de inregistrare video si sugestii de imbunatatire a echipamentului)
