Punctul 14 pozitia 17 de ce este nevoie de prezentat bani lichizi in valoare de 700 000,00lei dacă valuarea achizitiei este de 604 900,00lei cu atit mai mult ofertele vor fi micsorate aceasta impiedica participarea mai multor participanti ce duce la discriminarea lor,explicati va rog.
