Prin LP 185 din 21.07.2017, art.XIV, au fost incluse modificari a unor articole a LP 721 din 02.02.1996 Privind calitatea in constructii, care exclude licentierea sau autorizarea domeniului dat de activitate ce se inlocuieste cu dreptul de-a dispune de specialisti atestati pentru executarea lucrarilor.
