Buna ziua. In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE): "p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament, rugam sa ne confirmati obligatiunea de a detine un astfel de numar pentru potentialii ofertanti. Multumim anticipat.

Stimate operator economic! Multumim pentru intrebare. Va rugăm sa consultati Anuntul de participarea la concurs, punctul 14 subpunctul 6, unde expres se solicita, ca cerinta obligatorie, Declarația prin care se confirmă că producătorul de echipamente electrice și electronice (EEE) este inclus în Lista producătorilor de produse supuse reglementărilor de responsabilitate extinsă a producătorilor. Depunerea acestui act este obligatorie.
