Va rugam respectuos sa excludeti licitatia electronica cu scaderea pretului in pasi ca fiind incompatibila cu achizitia lucrarilor de constructii la asa suma semnificativa si nu corespunde cerintelor art. 63 (1) al Legii 131/2015 privind achizitiile publice. Speram la o intelegere din partea Dvs, iar in caz contrar ne rezervam dreptul de a contesta procedura.
