Care sunt cerinţele minime obligatorii pe care trebuie să le respecte ofertele alternative în conformitate cu Art. 44 (9) din Legea 131/2015?
Se admit oferte cu autobuze pe alte tipuri de combustibil?
Answer (5 Apr 2021, 17:41):
Achiziția menționată se va efectua cu aplicarea prevederilor art. 5 din legea nr.131 privind achizițiile publice.
Totodată menționăm faptul că comisia de achiziție va examina toate ofertele depuse, inclusiv cele alternative fără careva restricții pentru autobuze, dar prioritate vor avea cele care corespund cu criteriile specificate în anunț.
