Buna ziua. Sunt mai multe pozii din solicitarea Dvs unde ati indicat concret marca comerciala, ceea ce automat incalcarea legii nr. 131, si dreptul de impartialitatea a tuturor contragentilor de a participa la tender (favorizarea unui agent cocret). Va rugam sa efectuati corectari in caietul de sarcini, in caz contrar avem dreptul de a contesta procedura in cauza. Multumim
