spunetimi va rog in anuntul de participare punt 12 Actu ce atesta dreptul de a executa lucrari , ce se subintelege? pentru ca Licenta nu se mai prelungeste , se elibereaza numai aviz in constructii..

Atunci faceti o notă explicativă și menționati că Licenta de activitate a expirat, iar prelungirea acesteia nu se mai efectuiază conform legislatiei
