Buna ziua! Prin ce document trebuie sa fie confirmata garantie la momentul depunerii ofertei? Garantia oficiala la site-ul producatorului disponibila numai dupa producerea si livrarea echipamentului. Multumim.

Garanța pentru bunurile livrate la momentul depunerii ofertei va fi în formă de dclarație din numele ofertantului ce garantează perioada de garanție a bunului precum și faptul că, la momentul livrării bunului va fi prezentată garanția producătorului pentru bunul livrat.
