Question:

You are requesting MAF by the manufacturer and equipment + SW by Cisco company. However, it is the manufacturer's policy is as follows that Cisco usually supports only one partner who first announced the proposed tender. Thus, there is no question of any competition and special prices has only one partner of Cisco. Please either exclude the provision of MAF or not restrict the ability to provide equipment other than Cisco.

As the first priority we are focusing on strict compliance with the specifications and delivery conditions. The bid will be awarded according to the best price and delivery terms. Any economic agent who is an authorized distributor / re-seller can participate in procurement by providing Manufacturer's Authorisation Form or Distributor's Authorization Form.

Buna ziua. In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE): "p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament, rugam sa ne informati despre obligatiunea de a detine un astfel de numar pentru potentialii ofertanti. Multumim anticipat

We added "Registration number from the “List of producers” according to clause 111 of HG212/2018" to the list of required documents.
