În conformitate cu art. 71 alin. 1, lit. d) al Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizițiile publice, Agenția Națională pentru Sănătate Publică anulează procedura de achiziție publică „Gaze comprimate pentru 2021”, nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1614348680465 din 01.03.2021 pe motiv ca in anunțul de participare la lotul 1 “Acetilena flamfotometrie (pur 99,6%)” a fost stabilita incorect valoarea estimativa prin ce se modifica substanțial bugetul instituției pentru procedura de achiziții.
