Prezentarea planului de mentenanță anual recomandat de producător și a graficului de efectuare a lucrărilor;
Prezentarea certificatelor valabile de la producător ce permit ofertantului executarea lucrărilor propuse;
Curățare, lubrifiere părți mecanice și contacte de înaltă tensiune;
Timpul intervenției max 24 ore, timp intervenție telefonică max 1 oră;
Alte lucrări de mentenanță recomandate de producător;
Eliberarea rapoartelor la finele fiecarei intervenții, indicând starea dispozitivului și lista de luctări efectuate;
Minim trei intervenții de depanare la solicitare;
Să se indice prețul pentru fiecare lucrare recmomandată de producător și pentru fiecare intervenție de depanare.
Lucrările se vor efectua la solicitare.
Achitarea se va efectua pentru fiecare lucrare efectuată.
